Shipping:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada, via either UPS Ground, USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping costs for orders from our store depend on the shipping option you choose. The UPS option calculates the UPS Ground shipping charge based on the total weight of your order, plus a small handling fee. The Table Method adds a shipping / handling fee to your order based on weight, and covers USPS postage, packaging materials, and handling.
Undeliverable Packages:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund of the purchase cost.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items thatwere undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our online store.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received notice of its return or refund 4 weeks or more after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Returns:
You may return items sold by IAmACanDoKid.com within 30 days of delivery if the items you received were damaged, defective, or the incorrect item. We CANNOT accpt returns of certain items, including: - Any item missing the serial number or UPC
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any book that has obvious signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts.
If your item meets our return policy guidelines, please send back the item with a receipt for shipping (ground service only, please), your reason for returning the item and the address to which we should mail reimbursement. If we find the return meets our guidelines, we will reimburse you for the item and your ground shipping return cost. Reimbursement will be mailed to you at the address you indicate. |
